TheTCM SBCT Network and Mission Command Integration Analyst will observe and/orparticipate in MC/Network experimentation and evaluations related tointegration on SBCT based platforms. The contractor shall provide TCM SBCT andthe appropriate PdM with written correspondence that describes activities,analysis, assessments,resultsand/or decisions based on these experiments and evaluations within 5 workingdays of eventcompletion.

Theperson in this position will monitor MC related activities at TRADOC Centers ofExcellence, acquisition organizations, and relevant defense industrycontractors to establish and maintain an active database of ongoing MC/Networkactivities. This MC database will remain current, with updates added within 5working days of discovery. This MC/Network information database shall beaccessible by all TCM SBCT personnel.
Theperson in this position will monitor MC/Network related work groups, managementreviews,demonstrationsand meetings that focus on MC/network developments, integration and/or anysignificantchange(s) that have an effect inside SBCT formations. The contractor shallprovide TCMSBCTand the appropriate PdM with written correspondence that describes activitiesand results ordecisionsat these events within 2 working days of event completion.
Theperson in this position will attend meetings, and working group events thatsupport ongoing PMSBCT systemslifecycle requirements.
A Bachelor ofScience degree and a minimum of seven (7) years of technical experience inmaintenance, training management, and tactical employment of Stryker whileconducting Department of the Army (DA) operational training or deployment in aSBCT, or seven (7) years of experience serving in a TRADOC organizationconducting SBCT specific DOTMLPF development or integration, as a Soldier, DACivilian or Defense Contractor.
Experience in company/battalion troop leadingpositions is required.
Must have an active/valid Secret security clearance atthe time of hire.
Work mayinvolve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may requirefiling, typing, and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficientmobility, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning and kneelingto complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is apossibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walkingmoderate to long distances may be required.
An inside andoutside environment (considerations: closed quarters, close together,lighting). Needs to be able to work well with co-workers and all levels ofmanagement. No hazards on job or unusual environmental conditions.
Ability tooperate office equipment such as a personal computer, printer, copy machine,telephone, fax machine and other equipment including desk supplies and otherwork related tools as required.
Regular hourswill be between Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Regular attendance ofscheduled hours is extremely important, but not critical, except for deadlinesand meetings. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meetdeadlines. Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situationsbased on critical mission requirements.
Mustdemonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers,management and co-workers. Must have clear, concise and accurate communicationsskills in English, both verbal and written. Grooming and dress must beappropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to employees orothers. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicatingin a professional manner. Independent personal transportation to office or worksite is required. Travel to and from customer’s locations and the test fieldsmay be required to support projects. This may involve airline travel. In somecases, accommodations can possibly be made for POV, if necessary. Whenoperating any vehicle for work purposes, must wear seat belt and in addition,no cellular devices are to be used when vehicle is in motion.
