Client Account Manager


As a Client account manager for the EOM Surge program, you’ll have the opportunity to impact strategic business relationships to sustain and grow work with existing and new clients. You’ll be part of a well-established integrated team focused on providing disciplined project management, first class customer service, and dedicated customer engagement.

The client account manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of new customer IT requirements, working with an external vendor team to develop and deliver a tailored statement of work and cost proposal that outlines the level of effort required to execute the customer’s project. You will be responsible for executing a customer engagement plan designed to strengthen relationships, as uncover emerging customer requirements, and meet annual revenue targets.

As the primary point of contact for your assigned client(s), you will work to ensure timely deliver of project proposals, coordinate vendor site surveys, and resolve any customer identified issues. You’ll work in tandem with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

The client account manager may also serve as the primary project POC on new or existing projects support their customers’ operations.

This position will cover Ft. Bragg NC, Camp LeJeune NC, and Norfolk, VA.



Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline

At least 5 years of experience providing customer service

Proven client development and management skills

Ability to comprehend IT system and engineering requirements

Novice understanding of Federal contracting terms and policies

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications

Experience working in a military operations environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to travel up to 10% of the year
