Intelligence Staff Officer Training Specialists - HTASC
We are actively searching for qualified candidates for this opportunity. We are currently identifying candidates for this effort. This requisition is contingent upon award of contract to Jacobs.
We have an exciting opportunity for Senior Intelligence Staff Officer Training Specialists in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The successful candidate will provide training instruction for the HUMINT Training Joint Center of Excellence at Fort Huachuca.
Apply advanced instructional methods and adult learning models to training during platform instruction, small group instruction, and individual instruction, mentorship, and coaching. Provide research support to students during performance-based practical exercise planning and preparation time.
Served as a primary or alternate staff officer in a JTF J2X or COCOM J2X, have at least one deployment in that capacity, and be considered a Subject Matter Expert in CI, HUMINT, Collection Management, or CI/HUMINT Planning, or Cyber
Military service as a Military Intelligence officer or warrant officer with a minimum of six years’ experience in joint staff assignments
At least three years total service in assignment(s) as a primary or deputy staff intelligence officer in a CJ-2X, J-2X, JTF 2X/3X, or strategic staff officer, with at least six months in a deployment or Joint Operating Area (JOA) in one or more of these positions
Experience as a Military Planner, Strategic Intelligence Officer or Operations Officer at the operational level in a Joint capacity
Sitting at desk. Phone use and PC or laptop. Filing required. May require lifting and carrying boxes of supplies or files up to 25 lbs. Extended periods of sitting while on PC/laptop or phone.
Equipment and Machines
General office equipment, which includes: telephone, fax machine, copier, PC/laptop, and other miscellaneous office equipment.
Work assignments dependent on requirements by the client. Training and training support may be required on nights, holidays, and weekends as dictated by the published training schedule.

Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation. Must be well organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Grooming and dress usually business casual, but dependent on client’s standards. Must not pose a safety hazard to employees working in the same general area.
