Updates, develops, produces, and maintains audiovisual/graphic design products. Performs immediate and long-term multimedia planning. Develops policies, directives, and standard operating instructions. Manages multimedia architecture, infrastructure and equipment. Establishes and maintains a strong relationship with customers to ensure timely, effective support and efficient delivery of multimedia service. Must have strong written and oral communications skills.

Here’s what you’ll need :

The Contractor shall provide direct support to students and instructors with the utilization of resource material and with research on automated systems.

a)Bachelors degree and a minimum of 1-year experience as a media resource specialist or related employment experience.

a)Analyze course requirements for media resource content.

b)Coordinate with HT-JCOE course managers and staff to develop a source list of books, current and updated doctrine, reading lists, course material for each of the HT-JCOE courses, publications, and instructor enhancement resources.

c)Assist student with conducting planning and preparation activities for debriefing practical exercises.

d)Coordinate with Military Intelligence Library on relevant media resources for HT-JCOE.

e)Update, maintain, and keep functional the LibraryWorld Online Public Access Catalogue to reflect current print resources, training resources, and current websites in use at HT-JCOE courses. Keep resources up to date with the latest product versions, images, and web links (where applicable). Catalog and resources must be detailed and have searchable information (title, author, public information, etc.).

f)Keep map resources, organized, filed, and dispose of any used material. Maintain and produce current map images that support current training requirements.

g)Recommend the purchase and cost estimates of media resources to include books, materials, periodicals, etc. that are beneficial to HT-JCOE staff, cadre, and students.

h)Maintain media resource library and other course material in support of HT-JCOE.

i)Populate and maintain electronic filing system IAW Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS) and organizational standards.
