Your Impact:

The contractor shall provide training instruction for DOT to present training to Soldiers for existing and future systems/capabilities in support of fielding’s and operational tests. Training and training support may be required on nights, holidays, and weekends as dictated by the published training schedule. The Contractor shall require Instructors to p rovide training instruction for DOT capabilities/systems.

The Contractor shall provide training developers who will develop, review or revise training products for existing and future systems/capabilities and operational test products as determined by the government and submit the product for Government approval. The contractor shall provide support to the following products/functions produced by DOT.

The Contractor shall develop and review requirements and training documents for institutional TADSS and other new or improved devices and submit the product for Government approval.

The Contractor shall create instructional content for individual and team/section collective MI Soldier (and Leader) TADSS, both system and non-system, in support of DTT.

The Contractor shall verify, validate and accredit (VV&A) simulations and exercise vignettes and provide feedback to the PM as appropriate.

The Contractor shall create instructional content for individual and team/section collective MI Soldier (and Leader) TADSS, both system and non-system, in support of DTT.

The Contractor shall develop JCIDS documentation for new capabilities.

The Contractor shall attend working groups and In Progress Reviews and coordinate with PM Offices and TRADOC Capability Managers in support of their duties.

The Contractor shall develop training exercise vignettes, scenarios, multi-INT exercises, Training Support Packages, training Media, DTT Outline and lesson content and submit the product for Government approval.

The Contractor shall participate in exercise scenario design and development.

The Contractor shall support exercise scripting and Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) development.

The Contractor shall develop and provide DTT trainer or Leader briefings.

Live, Virtual and Constructive Support.

The Contractor shall support Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) intelligence training capabilities requirements for device and simulation support within the training and intelligence communities of Army Models & Simulations (M&S domain).

The Contractor shall develop multi-INT data in support of higher control (HICON), and provide "train-the-trainer" guidance for system and non-system Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) TADSS.

Preferred:

1. Willing to travel (TDY) about 30% of the time (one full week per month is 25%)

2. Prefer a candidate with an understanding of intelligence fusion and intelligence architecture

3. Prefer a candidate with an understanding on basic networking skills and computer applications

4. Prefer a candidate with an understanding the 4 “exercise design” pillars (Simulation, Stimulation, Synchronization, Execution)

5. Prefer a candidate with a desire for requirements collection / feedback on MITS or CPX or WFX events that they support

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • TOP SECRET clearance with access to SCI

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 6 years of applicable experience may be substituted for the degree

  • Two years’ experience in MI Doctrine and Tactics, simulations operations field, including Live, Virtual, Constructive simulation for MI/ISR/Mission Command (i.e. Sim Center, MTC, Foundry, CTC)

  • Four years’ experience with training development in MI/ISR PED systems operations (ie. DCGS-A, Prophet, AISR, TGS), exercise/scenario development for collective exercises (BN to Division)
