We are seeking a highly innovative Service Delivery Manager for Networks, Voice, Telephony, and Video-Teleconferencing to support the ITIS3 contract in Fort Knox, Kentucky. The Information Technology Infrastructure Support 3 (ITIS3) contract enables the Army to man and sustain an operational and ready fighting force.

- The Information Technology Infrastructure Support 3 (ITIS3) contract enables the Army to man and sustain an operational and ready fighting force. ITIS3 requires the operational sustainment of the data centers, data center hosting, networks, servers, storage, mainframe, private and public cloud hosting, applications, desktops, mobile computing, and other Information Technology (IT) capabilities and environments which directly enable the US Army Human Resources Command (HRC) recruiting, accessioning, and human resources missions. ITIS3 utilizes a mix of enterprise-wide and workgroup-level Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS), Government-Off-the-Shelf (GOTS), and Modified-COTS (MCOTS) technologies in order to deliver services to HRC and its customers.
- The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for Networks, Voice, Telephony, and Video-Teleconferencing (VTC) shall provide oversight of Contractor performance and service delivery relating to the Network Administration Services and the Voice, Telephony, and Video-Teleconferencing Services service lines. The SDM shall also act as an escalation point for, and provide oversight of, the Contractors performing work in these service lines.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
A minimum of five (5) years of experience providing network project management, network
architecture, and/or senior-level network solutions designs at the enterprise level
Possess and sustain a project management certification from an industry-recognized certification authority such as PMI
Possess the required IA and CE certifications for the assigned - role and technologies
Demonstrates a work history of successfully designing and implementing enterprise-level IT network
systems, voice, and VTC services.
Clearance Level Required:
- Must obtain and maintain an active Secret Security Clearance
