Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL you’ll have the chance to cultivate your career working on interesting construction projects. You’ll leverage what you currently know and add to your tool belt by assisting overall project delivery, cost estimating, scheduling, budget forecasting, scope development, and design and construction contracts.
The team will count on you to attend assigned meetings to cover weekly job progress and issue meeting minutes during design and construction. Additionally, you will be supporting construction administration oversight and delivery activities including submittal and request for information (RFI) reviews, maintenance of project documents and record updates. You’ll also focus on assisting the review and approval process for consultant invoices/contractor pay applications, plus change orders, then coordinate with the Control Manager for proper posting in the reporting program.
You’ll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business, as well as gain invaluable experience working directly with our clients. While you learn, grow and flourish, we will empower you to deliver the boldest solutions for our clients.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
2 years of experience in a project related technical field
Possess excellent communication skills as this position is client facing
Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
Strong desire to be mentored by top tier talent, ready to relay all their experience and knowledge
