We’re seeking Deputy Program Manager, a key member of our Fort Worth, Texas office. You’ll be leading a multidiscipline team to complete tasks within established schedules, budgets and help advance our business development plan for growth, as well as utilizing your experience to execute project strategies.

You will be responsible for overall project delivery on multiple project assignments (cost, schedule, controls, quality, information, contracts). You’ll play an integral role in engaging between project client, architect of record, general contractor, among others. Your leadership skills is a key responsibility in fostering collaborative communications and relationships.

In this role, you will manage project development experience from programming through completion in accordance with program objectives. You’ll also provide oversight and manage coordination of activities to mitigate risks, issues and ensure deliverables are met.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

  • 15 years of Project Construction Management experience

  • 10 years’ experience leading and assisting with business development and growth strategy development

  • Strong working knowledge in design and construction, building systems/components and technology, project controls, contract management, project delivery methods, environmental and LEED applications, team building and client relationship building

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification
