Join us as a Project Manager for Mission Critical projects and work alongside our design team in Dallas/Fort Worth.

Ranked as the #1 Data Center Design Firm by both Engineering News Record and Building Design + Construction in 2020 & 2021, our Mission Critical / Data Center practice delivers projects globally for a wide range of client types and facilities, including Hyperscale, Colocation, Crypto Mining, Enterprise and Public Sector. We’ve delivered over 3600MW of data center electrical capacity and over 17 million square feet of raised floor space over the past 10 years.

You will be responsible for leading Architectural and Electrical Design Teams in projects from design conception to completion on multiple projects in the Mission Critical / Data Center space. You will be our lead point of contact for the establishment and maintenance of good client relations, as well as identifying our next opportunities.

You will provide documentation, development, and monitoring of project scope, schedule,and budget. Manage staff assignments, check staff production levels with Discipline Directors. Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelors’ of Architecture degree or a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering

  • Demonstrated experience serving as a Project Manager on Mission Critical projects with pre-design, design, and construction administration expertise in a broad variety of building and facility types

  • Experience in vertical design and construction

  • Professional Registration or License
