We are currently seeking an exceptionally motivated Eechanical Estimator to join our team. Projects are from many construction sectors such as Federal (Civilian and Military), Aviation, Healthcare, Transportation, Education (K-12 and Higher Education), Manufacturing, Research & Development, Operations & Data Centers and Correctional Facilities. Based in any U.S. location, you’ll review design documents, proposals, specifications, drawings, attend design development meetings and make sites visits to define the scope of work and cost impacts required of the estimate process.

As a Senior Interior Designer in the Fort Worth office, you will work on Federal projects of various types, sizes, and locations under the direction of the Discipline Lead. You will interact with internal and external personnel, and participate in all aspects of the design process, including work planning, conceptual design, design development, construction documents and FF&E specifications following code and Government criteria.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Self- motivated team player with a positive attitude

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from an accredited school

  • NCIDQ certified

  • At least 15 years' experience in a commercial and/ or Federal design environment

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Experience in construction documents, CSI specifications and FF&E specifications

  • Understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and LEED sustainability

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite

  • United States Citizenship

  • Previous management experience
