The Executive Support Services Engineer will support the Integrated Research & Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract with work based in the National Capital Region supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The Executive Support Services Engineer will provide Tier II/Tier III level support toAgency Executives and general customers located at Headquarters, US Missile Defense Agency on Fort Belvoir, Virginia as well as three smaller sites throughout the National Capital Region (NCR).Duties include delivering end-to-end support in accordance with IT service level agreements and ensuring all incidents are analyzed, resolved, and reported back within the promised timeframes. Must be highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail; have creative problem-solving abilities; ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment; work with minimal oversight; enjoy working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.The Executive Support Engineer will report to the Executive Support Services Team Lead at Fort Belvoir, VA. Will support, as part of a team, 45 Agency Executives and 570 other customers located across multiple sites in the NCR as well as offsite. During low activity points, the Executive Support Engineer must contribute to remote work and resolution with their teammates at other work sites. Position includes Hardware Engineering, COMSEC Support, Software Troubleshooting, assisting Network Engineering with minor project work such as writing white papers, executing manual desktop installations, researching problems and proactively conducting maintenance for customers as well as contributing to enterprise projects. This Executive Support Services Engineer will work with varying degrees of oversight and will be required to provide status on a daily basis. Will be required to be reachable via mobile device that is provided by the customer. Must be able to support any of 3-4 locations in the NCR with reasonable notice.

Qualifications

Requirements : Must possess a DoD TS/SCI clearance.Candidate must possess a High School Diploma (or GED) and have 12 years general experience or an AS 10 years general experience or a BS degree and 8 years general experience must include 6 years’ related experience with 3 years management or leadership experience. Candidate must possess a Security certification with continuing education. Candidate must have demonstrated an ability to interface with customer senior leaders and be able to quickly resolve IT related incidents.

Desired: Prior experience supporting Senior Executive Service members, General Officers, Flag Officers, Military officers at the O-5 rank or higher and federal civil servants. Prior Customer Support Experience supporting the Missile Defense Agency. Experience with Remedy strongly desired.
