Position Summary:

  • Responsible for assisting with the HVAC and plumbing engineering activities on design projects for municipal and industrial clients under the supervision of a project lead engineer.

  • Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) becoming familiar with CAD systems, HVAC design, HVAC calculations, plumbing design, plumbing calculations, building codes, and project team coordination

  • Supports engineering services during construction including submittal and RFI review.

  • Develops deliverables to ensure that construction, installation, and operational testing conform to specifications, codes and standards, and customer requirements

Qualifications

  • B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • 0 - 2 years experience in detailed design of HVAC and plumbing systems forindustrial clients.

PreferredQualifications :

Inaddition to the basic qualifications, the ideal candidate would meet thefollowing preferred qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Revitor MicroStation experience

  • Florida EIT
