Job Description:

Thisis an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Real-Time 3D Developerto join our growing Visual Media team within our wider Digital Solutions group.Learning from and reporting directly to senior Visual Media team members youwill be play a pivotal role in our goal to deliver industry leading and awardwinning visual communication tools, products and solutions. Developing yourexisting industry experience and demonstrable previous projects background todeliver innovative, interactive solutions for our various architectural,engineering and infrastructure clients.

  • Deliver high quality VR/AR/MR projects;

  • Production pipeline development;

  • Conceive, design and deliver internaldevelopment projects to assist the sales team;

  • Mentor junior team members;

  • Respond creatively to briefs and projectrequirements to meet team, project and business goals;

Encourage and inspire continual improvements,workflows and creative outputs.



  • 3DReal-Time/Game Development with Unity and/or Unreal

  • Experiencein C# / C / Visual Scripting / Equivalent visual scripting

  • Interactivemedia development

  • Experiencein large scale 3D environment generation and datasets

  • Experiencewith modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering and post-production workflows

  • Excellentcommunication and teamwork skills

  • Exemplaryfocus and attention to detail

  • Adhereto project budget and timescales

  • Quickthinking and responsive to client requested changes


  • Experiencein 3Ds Max V-Ray

  • UI / UX design skills

  • Shader programming / development background

  • Mobile platform development experience
