Our Strategic Consulting & DigitalSolutions Business Unit is a team of approximately 800 staff who offer highlevel, strategic consultancy services both directly to our clients and insupport of projects across all other Operating Units within B&I Europe andthe wider Jacobs.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven 3DVisualisation Artist to join our growing Visual Media team within our widerDigital Solutions group. Learning from and reporting directly to lead VisualMedia team members you will be play a pivotal role in our goal to deliverindustry leading and award winning visual communication tools, products andsolutions.

Developing your existing industry experience and demonstrableprevious projects background to deliver innovative, interactive solutions forour various architectural, engineering and infrastructure clients.

  • Deliver high quality visualisationprojects

  • Adhere to project briefs, scope,schedules and budget

  • Creative attitude to projects

  • Conceive, design and deliverinternal development projects to assist the sales team

  • Strong leadership skills andexperience

  • Mentor junior team members

  • Respond creatively to briefs andproject requirements to meet team, project and business goals

  • Encourage and inspire continualimprovements, workflows and creative outputs



  • Relevant industry experience

  • Experience in 3DS Max and V-Ray

  • Experience in key industry plugins – Forest Pack,Railclone etc

  • Experience in large scale 3D environment generationand datasets

  • Experience with modelling, texturing, lighting,rendering and post-production workflows

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite products

  • Experience in team management

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Exemplary focus and attention to detail

  • Quick thinking and responsive to client requestedchanges


  • Render farm management

  • Unity / Unreal experience

  • Ability and flexibility to function as part ofmulti-disciplinary teams located across a number of offices is essential.
