We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing Digital team and help us build amazing products! Can you create and translate creative software design concepts and ideas into reality?

Digital is responsible for incubating, building, and running new products and solutions for our customers – meaning you are joining a team of fast-moving problem solvers working on varied and interesting challenges.

You will understand user interface design solutions both in practical intent and creative vision; working between customer need and our development team to realise that vision.
Your role will involve planning, designing, implementing, and optimising enhancements ensuring the latest UX best practice is adhered to. You will seek out multiple sources of qualitative and quantitative data to identify risks and opportunities.
You will design across a wide-range of complex products and industries, utilising innovative technologies and proven approaches to design enterprise-class applications.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Excellent visual design skills
Experience working using HTML, CSS, JS, prototyping tools (Figma, AdobeXD, etc.)
Ability to create storyboards, wireframes and high-fidelity designs
Human-Computer Interaction tools and techniques
Strong team working capabilities
Practical HTML, CSS and JS coding experience
Experience building websites
A digital mindset; experience working in a customer centric digital environment
Familiarity with agile software development
Familiarity with Lean Start-Up approaches
Portfolio of existing design projects
