Your Impact:

The Buffalo Group, a subsidiary of Jacobs is seeking Technical Counterintelligence Analytical Support (CI Specialist) - MID to support its federal program in Goodfellow, TX. The employee shall perform all-source CI threat analysis tailored to the planning and execution of US Army TCI missions. TCI operations include but are not limited to: TSCM, TEMPEST, Polygraph, and Cyber activities. Identifies, monitors, and assesses foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests. Applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies. Employee will also provide administrative and operational support to the Polygraph Detachment to include maintaining calendars, schedules, training status, and certifications. Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.

Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • The employee shall create TCI threat products to support B Co, 310th Technical Operations.

  • The employee shall collect and maintain operational mission data to build short and long range operational calendars. The employee shall create weekly updates on supported operational activities and projected mission schedules.

  • The employee shall create and/or update the SOP for unit analytical support activities.

  • The employee shall update and maintain the repository utilized to store TCI products.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field and 6 years’ relevant experience; with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, or

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or

  • Associate degree and 10 years of relevant, or

  • High school diploma and 12 years of relevant experience.

  • Must have experience with all of the following: NGT, M3, RMT/WISE, CIA World Intelligence Review (WIRe), ENDECA, iCI, OSC, and HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting (HOTR).

Desired Requirements:

  • Communicate their analytic findings in written assessments, formal analytic notes, briefings with graphics, written inputs to designated intelligence products or responses to RFIs, and informal verbal briefings and participation in working groups, conferences, and one-on-one sessions with consumers of intelligence and CI information.

  • Maintain collaborative contact with their counterparts in the Army CI community concerning their analytic efforts and findings to ensure all threats to the Army and DoD are addressed.

  • Experience with Microsoft applications to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Most work will be done at a desk or computer.

Work Environment:

General Office environment. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers.

Equipment & Machines:

General office equipment including PC/laptop, Fax, Copiers, Shredder, Printers, Telephone, and other miscellaneous office equipment.


Attendance is always critical. Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday. However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements. Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.

Must be well-organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Must work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements. Must be willing to travel as needed. Must take and pass a drug test and background check as well as a motor vehicle records check. Must be a US citizen.
