As a Procurement professional based within our Greenville, SC team, you’ll administer the procurement process for assigned projects, including planning, development of bid lists, order formation, terms and conditions negotiations, issuance, claims resolution, administration, and closeout in support of projects or other operating requirements. You may also participate in project supply management strategy development and implementation and may be assigned as the supply management project lead. You’ll be a key member on our team by identifying and advising project and supply management of commercial risks inherent in quotations and purchase orders. We'll lean on you to be accountable to the Procurement Department Manager, Project Management and/or the designated Supply Management project lead for effective execution of company policies and procedures relating to procurement (including but not limited to, safety and ethics), timeliness, accuracy and adequacy of order negotiation and administration activities and fulfillment of procurement requirements during project performance. We'll tap into your expertise, as you manage effective supervision of change activity to assure adequate protection of the company against potential supplier claims, and relationships with suppliers, management, customers, support organizations, and project team members.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years professional experience in Procurement.
• Knowledge of commercial procurement laws, practices, and standards as they relate to EPC/EPCM project delivery .
• Proficiency in negotiating commercial terms & conditions and payment terms.
• Adept in supporting teams to deliver commitments on schedule and on budget while meeting quality and client expectations.
• Understanding of project delivery processes with engineering & procurement (E&P), engineering-procurement-construction management (EPCM), and their relationship to supply management delivery.
• Ability to effectively author contractual commitment documents with advice and council of more senior supply management personnel.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite software including MS Teams for remote coordination.
• Ability to effectively communicate across multiple teams and clients.
• No travel is anticipated for this role.
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
• Materials Management experience-- Integraph Smart Material (Hexagon).
• Experience expediting orders.
• Experience buying fabricated steel and pipe.
