Jacobs Air Quality Specialist -- Denver CO in Greenwood Village, Colorado

When it comes to environmental consulting, we’re focused on cleaning up our communities today to improve tomorrow. We’re seeking an Air Quality Specialist to contribute to projects that support our clients’ compliance with Air and GHG reporting and regulatory paradigms.

Based out of our Denver, CO office, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with local and global experts to ensure Jacobs provides best practice solutions to our clients. You’ll prepare and deliver high quality reports and presentation to clients’ technical and senior leadership in accordance with Jacobs’ quality process. Apply your technical experience to develop delivery strategies and develop client relationships while championing safety, quality, and the well-being of your team. Understanding and promoting Jacobs’ solutions and technologies to internal and external stakeholders.

This position may require some travel to client or team workshops, presentations, or to conduct site visits. The role will be predominantly office based, but periodic field assignments may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, civil, or chemical engineering, or other closely related technical degree

• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with clients, contractors, and teammates

• Proven organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills

• Professional air quality project experience, including permitting, modeling, monitoring, and reporting (preferably in consulting)

• Ability to travel up to 25%

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

• Master’s degree in environmental, civil, or chemical engineering, or other closely related technical degree

• Familiarity with state and federal air regulations and regulatory processes

• Experience in developing, reviewing, and implementing work plans and quality assurance project plans
