Jacobs Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Engineering Intern - Fall 2024 in Greenwood Village, Colorado

We're looking for an Instrumentation and Controls Intern in Greenwood Village CO who are excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects for state-of-the-art facilities. You’ll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will produce designs for control systems for a variety of processes for all aspects of the process. You will help develop P&IDs, instrument lists, input/output lists, coordinate between the different design drawings to make sure they are coordinated, as well as other related tasks assigned by discipline leads, and you’ll be surrounded by expert mentorship opportunities to help you thrive in your new career.

  • In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited program

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • 3.0 GPA

  • Must be at least a rising Junior

  • Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu

  • Self-driven time management and organizational skills

  • Good oral and written communication skills
