Your Impact:

As an Administrative assistant on our team, you will participate in delivering superior services that provide direct value and improve the quality of life for the citizens of Puerto Rico. Our administrative assistants are a critical component in the tone and quality of service our Clients and customer experience. You will provide general clerical support performing routine activities under general supervision and within defined procedures. In this role, you will have regular contact with clients, suppliers, or company employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information.

Here's what you’ll be doing:

  • Document preparation, calendar management, general office management and routine secretarial functions.

  • Handles correspondence among team members and to and from outside organizations.

  • Keeps a current project calendar that includes contractual dates, meetings, deadlines and important dates.

  • Prepares the setting for project meetings, including room and hard copy handouts to be distributed. Assist project delivery team to invite and confirm attendance of participants.

  • Scan documents and identify properly for unload into the Share Point.

  • Performs a quarterly audit of all hard copy and electronic files, reporting compliance to the document control manager.

  • Assists project delivery team in the preparation of meeting minutes, reports and presentation materials.

  • Performs other general clerical duties as needed.

  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping standards.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and seven (7) years’ experience in performing administrative functional duties or an Associate degree with four (4) years of experience.

  • Excellent communication and customer interface skills required.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

  • MS Office experience required. Familiar with document control principles, operation of scanning devices, correct basic communication and writing skills in English and Spanish.

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if necessary.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
