As a key member of our program support team, you’ll be serving as an Office Engineer.  You will perform a variety of tasks to support construction analyses and prepare basic calculations.  Join us and we will assist you in continuing the development of your skills and exploring all that you can do across our global company, with opportunities to share your knowledge along the way. 

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Under close supervision by the Construction Manager, the individual will perform routine aspects of engineering assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles.

  • Assisting Construction Managers in all construction management and contract administration tasks.

  • Assist Assisting Construction Manager in completing and updating construction weekly, monthly and annual reports.

  • Support Construction Manager in reviewing contractor’s monthly certifications for payment

  • Assisting Document Control staff for an appropriate document electronic filing

  • Assisting Construction Manager in preparing project change orders

  • Assisting Construction Manager in preparing project control documentation, such as Work Breakdown Structure and Earn Value tables and reporting.

  • Support Construction Manager in maintaining RFI, Submittals, Minutes, Allowance, and Change Order Logs

  • Adheres to Safety, Quality, Ethical Standards and Lessons Learned programs in accordance with Division Policies, Standards, Guides, and Contractual commitments.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • BS or MS graduate of an engineering discipline.

  • 2 years of experience

  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Engineer In Training (EIT) certificate
