Your Impact:

The Business Office Assistant will provide support to the business office, including procurement, documentation tracking, accounts payable documentation, scanning, and filing.


  • Quality management documentation reviews

  • Provide statistical information to management for review of trending

  • Experience with MAXIMO or similar asset tracking system, procurement system

  • Experience with requirements for Government procurement

Here’s What You’ll Need:

U.S. Citizenship is required. AS degree in the appropriate discipline from an accredited college or university is preferred, plus two (2) to four (4) years of appropriate and progressive experience; additional relevant education may be substituted for progressive experience.

General Skills:

  • Good written, oral communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, and Power Point), office equipment

  • Must be self-motivated and have great attention to detail

  • Ability to learn and work independently

Essential Functions:

Work Environment

Office environment (95%) Test/Industrial Environment - May be exposed to areas of high noise levels, hazardous propellants, chemicals, and industrial facility environments (5%).

Equipment and Machine:

Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, fax, copier, etc.) (80%)

Software: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, MAXIMO, Accounting System

Safety and Personal Protective Equipment (20%)

Physical Requirements:

Potential exposure to high noise levels, hazardous chemicals, propellants, and the like. Appropriate PPE and training will be provided for all conditions. Must be able to walk, stand, bend, twist and sit for extended periods as well as climb, crawl, and lift up to 35 lbs.


Regular attendance mandatory (100%)

Overtime/work outside normal schedule required (<20%) Travel required (<5%)

Other Essential Functions:

U.S. Citizenship required. A valid driver’s license is required. Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety/risk hazard to the employee or others. Must be able to balance scope, schedule, and budget to ensure project success. The work environment requires the ability to cooperate and work with individuals at all levels of the company and the client. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required.
