Responsibilities:

  • Enter maintenance data into the Center’s Computerized MaintenanceManagement System (MAXIMO)

  • Process and track to completion all electronic maintenance changerequest.

  • Maintain metrics on all open and completed maintenance changerequest, keep a minimum backlog of open maintenance change request.

  • Perform data quality checks on all maintenance data. Presentresults of data quality checks and implement corrective actions as required.

Qualifications

Two (2) years of college with courses in computer science,mathematics, or related engineering courses, plus two (2) years of relatedexperience in data reduction and analysis, or any equivalent combination ofrelevant education and experience for a total of four (4) years.

Must be able tomulti-task, while working in a dynamic environment in which priorities changefrequently. The successful candidate will be self-motivated in theirwork-habits, show initiative in tackling new work, and exercise and communicatesound technical judgement.

Essential Functions:

Work Environment

Office environment. (75%). Test/Industrial Environment – May be exposed toareas of high noise levels, hazardous propellants, explosives, chemicals andindustrial facilities. (85%)

Travel between facilities and test operations may be required and may bringexposure to loud noise and potentially hazardous equipment and chemicaloperations. (5%)

Physical Requirements

Must have sufficient mobility to enter into confined spaces, crawl into or ontovarious assemblies while maintaining a clear vision of safety is required.Potential exposure to high noise levels, hazardous chemicals, propellants andthe like. Appropriate PPE and training will be provided for all conditions.Must be able to walk, stand, bend, twist and sit for extended periods as wellas climb, crawl, and lift up to 35 lbs. (10%)

Equipment and Machines

Facility operations display/keyboards/mechanical/electrical control/HMI.Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, fax, copier, etc.) (30%)

Attendance

Regular attendance mandatory (100%)

Overtime/work outside normal schedule required (<20%)

Travel required (<<5%)

Other Essential Functions

U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Must putforward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotesteamwork and cooperation. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for theposition and must not impose a safety/risk hazard to the employee or others.The work environment requires the ability to cooperate and work withindividuals at all levels of the company and the client. Must be able to obtainand maintain a security clearance as required. Employees will exercisediligence when developing a Safe Plan of Action (SPA) for each task performed.Your SPA is a Company provided tool to be used for the prevention of incidents,accidents, and injuries; as such, it is the most important tool that you arerequired to use. A valid driver’s license is required.
