As a valued member of our team in Hampton, VA you’ll have the chance to support the delivery of cutting-edge projects for our federal, state, regional and local clients. In a dynamic working environment, you'll gain experience working on projects evaluating and selecting the best treatment approach to solve a client’s challenges, and planning and designing treatment systems and plant improvements.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on water resources

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, data analysis & technical problem solving skills.

  • Top notch organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Engineer in Training (EIT) or ability to obtain within six months

  • Graduate degree in Water Resources, Environmental, or Civil Engineering
