Your Impact:

** The Wireless Geo Lead Software Support Engineer position is CONTINGENT upon contract award. Our recruiting team will follow up with you on your application.

  • Support the development and configuration control of the advanced algorithms using Dev tools (i.e., MatLab) for transition to the SW development teams for coding and

  • Support the development and configuration control of the overall strategy and guidance (with coordination with the ISSE1 and SE3) for TTO execution of specific capabilities, including cross-mission geo precision efforts, integrated messaging strategies, data flow management for mission threads, metrics and monitoring of services, and cross-program interfaces and data standards.

  • Support the development and configuration control of the tools, processes, and procedures to drive automated and regression testing.

  • Support the development and configuration control of the SW standards, APIs, interfaces, data standards, etc. to ensure interoperability and hosting in the REDHAWK/TOA environments.

  • Support the development and configuration control of the complex data queries and scripts for XAG databases and repositories.

  • Support the development and configuration control of the planned software releases, integration points, and roadmap milestones for the TTO effort with support from the PM and SE3s.

  • Support the development and configuration control of the SW baselines with the SCRUM master and software development teams to continuously assess software capabilities, provide continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous security monitoring capabilities.

  • Support the development and configuration control of the DevOps environment, tools, and processes with coordination with the DevOps Enablement lead and other TTO SW leads.

  • Support the technical exchange meetings, stakeholder and partner meetings, and IC/DoD-Services forums to address XAG software capability releases, special exercises, CONUS/OCONUS deployment and operational readiness activities.

  • Support the identification, assessment, and recommendation of new technologies and processes for complex DevOps and software projects.

Tools and Processes: Experience with DevOps processes and tools; Confluence-JIRA for SW planning and execution for Agile development; Docker/Ansible/Kubernetes for container and software development management; automated testing tools (TEAMTEST); scripting. coding, and programming languages including Python, Pig, Java, C++, C, MatLab.


Here’s What You’ll Need:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

  • Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.


  • Twenty (20) year’s as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

  • Experience working in a minimum of two of the following: High Frequency (HF), Very High Frequency (VHF), Ultra High Frequency (UHF), Cellular Protocols, Wi-Fi, Angle of Arrival (AOA), Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA), and Frequency Difference of Arrival (FDOA)

Essential Functions

Physical Requirements:

Most work will be done at a desk or computer.

Work Environment:

General Office environment. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers.

Equipment & Machines:

General office equipment including PC/laptop, Fax, Copiers, Shredder, Printers, Telephone, and other miscellaneous office equipment.


Attendance is critical at all times. Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday. However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements. Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.

Must take and pass a drug test and background check as well as a motor vehicle records check. Must be a US citizen.
