Biometric Identity Intelligence Analytic Support (BI2AS) Senior Analysts conduct all-source Identity Intelligence-focused analysis and produce finished intelligence products in support of the Defense Intelligence Analysis Program. The senior analyst applies a detailed understanding of Identity Intelligence (I2) tradecraft to conduct advanced research using a variety of databases and toolsets, compile and analyze complex data, and develop assessments in support of their respective team’s mission. Additionally, the senior analyst proliferates a detailed understanding of the tradecraft amongst mid and junior level analysts and directly supports the professional development of all team members. The senior analyst will further be able to provide input into weekly, monthly, and quarterly contract deliverable requirements and serve as a functional, deputy, or team lead as necessary.


  • Advises Technical Intelligence-focused teams and analysts on I2-focused tools and capabilities.

  • Conducts and produces finished intelligence products based on rigorous all-source Identity Intelligence analysis; composes finished intelligence products within standards established by the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC).

  • Provides oversight and review of intelligence products produced by mid and junior level analysts.

  • Aids in the development of analytic design and research; participates in analytic design review meetings; reviews draft products for adherence to NGIC production standards.

Here’s What You’ll Need:


  • Knowledge of critical, emerging technologies and sciences associated with military and security modernization.

  • Ability to lead the conduct of strategic research and development of innovative technical and/or analytic solutions to support U.S. Army and National Security interests.

  • Ability to brief, interact and attend meetings with both internal leadership and external customers, able to react to a highly fluid environment.

  • Knowledge of Identity Intelligence, biometric modalities, and network analysis tools.

  • Knowledge of and experience using all-source intelligence and research tools, structured analytic techniques, and quantitative and qualitative methodologies; knowledgeable in the Intelligence Cycle.

  • Possesses strong project management skills.


  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum eight years of intelligence analysis experience (to include one year of Identity Intelligence / Biometric Enabled Intelligence experience). Additional four years of experience in lieu of degree.

  • Experience writing strategic assessments for the Intelligence Community.

  • Familiarity with ODNI guidance regarding analysis and assessment production (ICD 203, 206, & 208 at a minimum).

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Advanced experience with tools and databases such as CHROME, NGT, TIDE, PALANTIR, VOLTRON.

  • US government clearance: Active or Current TS w/ current SCI.

  • At least one prior deployment experience to Iraq or Afghanistan.

Most work will be done at a desk or computer.

Work Environment:

General Office environment. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers.

Equipment & Machines:

General office equipment including PC/laptop, Fax, Copiers, Shredder, Printers, Telephone, and other miscellaneous office equipment.


Attendance is critical at all times. Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday. However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements. Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.

Must be well-organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Must work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements. Must be willing to travel as needed. Must take and pass a drug test and background check as well as a motor vehicle records check. Must be a US citizen.
