We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, Business Intelligence who will oversee all facets of our business intelligence practice. This includes market research, federal budget analysis and competitive intelligence. This individual will have responsibility for the development of business intelligence processes and artifacts. They will also produce detailed analyses to Jacobs operations and business development teams that inform the pursuit of markets, clients or opportunities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to sift through complex qualitative and quantitative data sets to cogently synthesize and communicate information of high value to decision makers. This position reports directly to the Vice President, Cyber Growth & Strategy, and works closely with business development and operations teams to develop clear, consistent, and credible business intelligence deliverables.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Basic Qualifications :
2+ years of experience with performing market research and analysis within the Federal Government Services market
2+ years of experience with leading and managing projects of an analytical nature
Experience with preparing presentation materials and conveying analytical content
Experience with the FPDS, Govwin, Bloomberg Government, FBO, GovWin IQ and other government or third party resources
Experience with briefing executive-level leadership based using research and analysis to inform business decision making
Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject
Ideal candidate will also possess:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Proven written and oral communication abilities
Self-starter with a proactive approach
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work effectively in a rapidly evolving environment
Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance
