TAC Watch Analyst TS/SCI with Polygraph REQUIRED
Jacobs is currently seeking a TAC Watch Analyst to support our DIA customer.The position will be performed remotelyand the customer is based out of Herndon, VA. The position requires an active Top Secret (TS) / SCI security clearance with a current polygraph. This environment is a 24/7 watch operation and may include the ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned.
Duties may include:
Actively monitor TAC (Think, Analyze, Connect) and its subordinate systems to ensure continuity and availability of data
Perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate response efforts with Tier-2 system engineers
Provide technical assistance to users experiencing trouble accessing and using the system
Troubleshoot PKI problems utilizing authentication services
Receive, respond to, and properly document user requests in a timely manner
Provide support both over-the-phone and through email in the construction of queries and analytic grid frameworks to persistently monitor the essential elements of interest to DIA’s analytic cadre
Provide content administration and query quality control of the analytic query database
Assist with the development of team SOPs and SharePoint site
Collect and report individual and group metrics
Active TS/SCI w/CI Polygraph IN JPAS
Prior experience with TAC (user or admin) and the Intelligence Community
Ability to work a shift at the discretion of the scheduler, that supports 24/7 operations, to include weekends and holidays as assigned; no exceptions
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work multiple levels and input systems simultaneously and expeditiously
Experience supporting and maintaining IT systems remotely
Prior All Source, GEOINT, SIGINT or HUMINT analyst
Database search authoring. (Python, PSL, etc.)
Experience supporting and maintaining IT systems or monitoring equipment status remotely
Ability to think critically and problem solve
Ability to work under pressure at times in a sometimes dynamic environment
Education/years of experience: High School diploma/GED with 10 years of experience, or Associates degree with 8 years of experience, or Bachelors degree with 6 years of experience, or Masters degree with 4 years of experience, or PHD with 2 years of experience
Physical Requirements:Most work will be done at a desk or computer.
Work Environment: General Office environment. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as with other subcontractors and the prime contractor and Customers.
Equipment and Machines: General office equipment including PC/laptop, Copiers, Shredder, Printers, Telephone, and other miscellaneous office equipment.
Attendance: Attendance is critical at all times. Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, shiftwork, to include nights, weekends and holidays. Times and days may vary depending on business requirements. Additional work above 40 hours may be required at times to meet mission requirements.
Other Essential Functions: Must be able to communicate effectively and to interface with individuals at all levels both verbally and in writing. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others.
