At Jacobs, we’re partnering across the globe to create the best project outcomes by maximizing the design, digital technology, and support capabilities of our Global Integrated Delivery (GID) teammates. By joining Jacobs, you’ll commit to supporting and engaging with these teams, as we work to build a company like no other.

Provide design coordination between all stakeholders of the project team. Design coordinators provide local design representation and are the laison for remote sites reporting back to a Design lead and project manager.

  • Support the Design Lead (DL) and team by performing field walks to identify field conditions and possible solutions to field problems.

  • Complete Site Observations Reports (SOR) for the design team to use.

  • Support Services During Construction (SDC) with impromptu field walks to coordinate with the trades on RODs (Records of discussion).

  • Observe field conditions as needed to answer design team questions.

  • Run standard field walk meetings during the design process in lieu of/with the DL.

  • Be backup coverage for the DL as necessary.

  • May run design review meetings in certain areas.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • High school graduate or equivalent required, BS degree preferred

The Idea candidate will possess:

Semi Conductor or tool install experience preferred Experience in CAD Design and/or construction field work ideal.
