Support Construction Coordination activities for Tool Install across the globe and have a hand in transforming tomorrow.

As a Senior Tool Install Construction Coordinator, you will have the chance to work on state of the art industrial manufacturing facilities. Working with other members of our team, you will help provide on-site construction management assistance and directional input for the ongoing construction activities. During your time with us, you will also guide the resolution of field coordination and routing issues, coordinate construction work with factory operations to minimize potential for production impact, coordinate temporary construction spaces with the trades, bring experience and knowledge to facilitate tactical resolution of construction-related issues as they are identified, release trade constraints / enable construction workflow, attend and direct field walks, maintain collaborative relationships with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, contractors and jobsite staff, and provide guidance to less experienced project team members. You should understand LEAN philosophy and guide its effective implementation in the construction industry. You will lead working sessions with all stakeholders to develop installation plans that meet the expectations of the client and incorporate the timing intricacies of equipment and facility installation and spatial constraints, provide leadership and accountability for the implementation, and measurable performance, of the company’s safety program. You will also need to demonstrate effective risk management and mitigation practices through proper risk identification, assessment, tracking and communication. Qualifications

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • Bachelor’s of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline

  • 3 to 7 years of applicable experience

  • Proficiency in the use of technology for communication and planning

  • Proven working knowledge of construction scheduling

  • Demonstrated highly effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven as excellent leader/player with exceptional interpersonal skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Experience with Microelectronics, Tool Install or Gas and Chemical Distribution projects

  • CCM (Certified Construction Manager) or PMP (Project Management Professional)
