Project Coordinator (PrC): Mission, responsible for delivery and data management coordination of project systems and processes.

The Project Coordinator supports the Project /Program by managing day-to-day operational activities and deliverables and assuring consistency of management program deliverables. Plans and coordinates projects/program activities, provides motivation and direction to project tasks, supports the project staff, and delivers project tasks as directed by Project/Program Manager.

  • Manages and coordinates input within the project delivery platforms.

  • Support and maintain Project Delivery Database (PDDb) for completeness and consistency of content.

  • Set up of DCNs, Packages, Projects

  • Coordinates tool development team for improvements or errors

  • Receives Contract Modifications (Change Orders) from Clients, applies to corresponding Design Change Notices, notifies PM for review.

  • Collaborates with the Project Controls, Design Automation Group as Project Administrator, on new project set-ups in ProjectWise and other project delivery platforms.

  • Assists in the creation and upkeep of project plans, status reports, checklists, as well as technical and user documentation

  • Job Book Coordinator:

  • Maintain the Program Job Book

  • Under Project manager direction updates the Project Execution Plan (PEP)

  • Review and update tabs

  • Assemble reports for review with team, and issue as appropriate

  • Manages Schedule Integration Team deliverables (SIT)

  • Tracks Project travelers

  • Establishes temporary domestic assignment (TDA) policy

  • Approves expense reports

  • Project Improvements Participant

  • Supports project improvement through workflow development

  • Develops processes for new administrative tasks, i.e. changes to procedures to data entry in project delivery platforms, programmatic use of Bluebeam Studio, IP Security plan.

  • Project Intellectual Property Security

  • Maintain IP Security Plan

  • Implement project specific training

  • Coordinate with Legal and Procurement teams on contracted requirements for security, program level non-disclosure agreements.

Here’s what you’ll need :

Education, Experience, & Certifications:

  • 0 to 2 years project delivery experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.

  • A basic understanding of fundamental project management methodology is required.

  • Ability to multi-task and have a keen attention to detail

  • Strong problem solving skills
