We’re looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Talent Acquisition professional to partner with our People & Places Solutions business to deliver full cycle recruiting for professional hires.
As an Associate Recruiter, you’ll join an established recruiting team and hiring manager group to ensure a positive candidate experience while working to fill current openings. We’ll rely on you to support recruiting efforts focused on buildings roles. This role can be based from any Jacobs office in the U.S. Central time zone, hybrid remote option or work 100% remotely from home.
Connectivity with members of the Talent Acquisition team, business unit and management team will be critical, as you align on recruitment needs. You’ll communicate with the Senior Recruiter, PMCM Project Manager, Operations Leader and hiring managers regularly, understanding what quality looks like and forming partnerships that result in hiring success. Your responsibilities will include, opening and managing requisitions, resume screening, phone screening, working with Recruitment Coordinators to schedule interviews, and supporting the offer process. You’ll also apply your strong organizational skills as you manage and track all candidate activity. Here’s What You’ll Need:
High School diploma or GED
Professional recruiting or recruiting support experience in an Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) or Technology Engineering work environment
Experience utilizing an applicant tracking systems (ATS) – Taleo preferred
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related Business Administration field
Previous recruiting experience in buildings or infrastructure
Strong planning and organizational skills to successfully manage a high requisition workload
Knowledge of OFCCP procedures and regulations in the US
