Our team is in search of an experienced Aviation Project Manager to support the planning, design, and construction of approximately 3,000,000 square feet of new terminal and concourse space at one of the world’s busiest airports. This multi-billion-dollar airport capital redevelopment program must be planned and designed so impacts on the existing airport operations do not have adverse impacts on passengers and aircraft.
You’ll report directly to the Program Manager and will have daily contact with the client, design teams, stakeholders, and other members of the program staff. This position allows for the opportunity to be a major contributor to the growth of one of the world’s most exciting airport hubs as a member of our program management team. The selected individual will be based at the airport with the client’s program management team.

Serves as a technical resource for the Program
Provides team alignment to Program objectives
Communicates with the client on key design and operational decisions including presentation and recommendations for potential solutions
Manages design process in support of the overarching program schedule and ensure design solutions are consistent with previously developed planning objectives
Manages design solutions to programmatic budgets
Identifies resources necessary to complete scope of services
Negotiates professional services contracts for design services
Identifies risks that impact the successful completion of the Program objectives and outcomes; develops mitigation to reduce or eliminate unfavorable outcomes
Understands and articulates potential pitfalls to the Program’s success for the team
Presents relevant implementation strategies from other major global airport development programs for client consideration
Coordinate stakeholder engagement management with airline and agency stakeholders, reports Program status to the client and other airport stakeholders
Here’s What You’ll Need:
A Professional License (PE) in Texas or able to transfer and existing license from another state
A minimum of 10 Years’ Experience in related industry
Experience managing multiple types of airport projects and large consultant/subconsultant teams
Terminal, landside, airfield from planning/programming to final design, construction, and operations
Experiencing with multiple contracting / procurement / delivery methods
Competitive Sealed Proposal
Unique Knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars, AIP Handbook, FAA Reimbursable Agreements, etc.
