Position Summary

Broad range of complex responsibilities; required to exercise independent judgment within that area. May support a senior manager, large department or project, or be specialized within a certain functional area and be responsible for providing support in that area. Excellent PC skills using a variety of software products as well as strong administrative and business operations knowledge. May be responsible for assigning tasks to or overseeing the work of individuals at lower levels.

  • Gathers, compiles, tracks and reports on information relevant to project assignment from multiple sources

  • Sets up and maintains files, refers callers, arranges meetings and conferences, receives, refers and answers mail

  • Reviews drafts and finished documents for grammar usage

  • Uses personal computer to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations

  • Compiles, reviews, and analyzes data

  • May design processes to enhance work flow

Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience required

  • EPC or oil/gas experience is required

  • High School Graduate or GED required

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required

  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
