Position Summary:

  • Effectively manage and deliver timely and accurate information (data, models and documents) that are integrated and transferred from Contractors project team to Owners operations team.

  • Setup and manage information and automation technology for a project team

  • Develop and manage project specific automation budgets and schedules as well as Information management plans

  • Act as conduit for ensuring proactive communication and collaboration for all Information management issues between various project execution locationsManage and deliver the project’s Master Document Register (MDR), Vendor Document Register (VDR) and Master Tag Register (MTR)

Qualifications

  • BS in an Engineering, Information Management, or related technical degree field with a minimum of 3 - 10 years of experience as a Project Information Manager (or equivalent)

  • Experience using electronic data management systems for collecting, controlling, normalizing, reporting and delivering project data

  • Experience working with large contractor organizations and performing effectively in a multi-disciplinary, multicultural environment

  • Experience with the complete EPC project lifecycle from proposal through final handover
