Your Impact:

As a global leader of Program Management and Construction Management (PM/CM) services with projects ranging from $1 million to programs that cost up to $10 billion, we deliver award winning total Design and/or Construction Management projects for public and private sector clients. From the pre-construction phase, through complete erection of the project, to the post-construction and commissioning, we function as an extension of our clients' goals and aspirations. Project sector an types include: Aviation, Emergency Operations & Data Centers, Healthcare, both Higher Education and K-12, Hospitality & Entertainment, Multi-Family Development, Correctional & Rehabilitation Facilities, and Research & Development Facilities.

The Project Manager will report directly to the Senior Project Manager. In this role, you will be will be responsible for managing all aspects of the projec to include managing the Design, Procurement, and Construction of a major development. This position is client facing and onsite.

Responsiblities

  • Responsible for overall project delivery (design, cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts) on a large project assignment.

  • Manage project development from conception through completion (both large and small) in accordance with program objectives

  • Manages all budgets, procurement, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documents, procedures and controls for assigned projects

  • Manages the review and approval process for consultant invoices and contractor pay applications and change orders.

  • Attends and leads assigned meetings to cover weekly job progress meetings; OAC meetings, and issues meeting minutes during all phases of the project.

  • Resolves complex design and construction related issues, disputes, and disagreements.

  • Excellent communication skills as this position will coordinate all project partners and the client.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-pace environment

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture preferred

  • 5 -10 years of experience as a Project Manager in an Engineering, Environmental, Construction, or Program Management organization

  • 5 years of experience in a project related technical field

  • Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required

  • Estimating experience

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, experience working with Prolog

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification

  • Multi Family Experience Strongly Preferred
