We are looking for a Senior Scheduler/Planner based out Irvine California to support our Program Management Team in the Southern California area on primarily hospital and other vertical construction projects. Will require the ability to support from the Irvine Office, the various project sites, and home as conditions dictate. Travel to a from the project job site in the Southern California region will be required as conditions dictate.
As a key member of our support team, you’ll be interacting with engineering and construction to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact the schedule. You will provide program and/or project cost management, analyze CPM schedules and recommend workarounds and schedule improvements and may at times mentor and supervise junior personnel.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
15+ years of Planning Scheduling and Cost Management experience
10+ years’ experience with PMIS
Experience performing Schedule Time Impact Analysis
Prolog/E-Builder and/or Kahua experience
Earned Value Experience
Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting
Excellent understanding of building construction, timelines, and practices
Expert Level with Primavera (P6) scheduling tool
Major vertical construction experience
Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:
Healthcare Construction/ HCAI
Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
MS Project Experience
Ability to develop cost / schedule analysis presentations both graphically, written, and verbally.
Strong understanding of Construction, Critical Path Method and Earned value technical terminology.

Typical salary range for this position is $124,600 - $194,700 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
