Be part of the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia’s 2030 vision to transform the infrastructure on the Kingdom’s West Coast working with the Amaala development, with its purpose of connecting three luxury destinations: Triple Bay, The Island and Miraya.

For Amaala this means as part of the early phases of the overall development, access to the proposed Airport and into Triple North Bay as a priority deliverable. This package will consist of two geometrically similar grade separated interchanges running along the existing Highway 5.

Help to make a difference and be part of our site supervision team on the Amaala development. As a Site Secretary you will be providing administrative and secretarial support to the project by preparing correspondence, highly confidential documents, briefing notes and other material. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of all day-to-day activities in the Constructions Directors’ office by managing a high volume of meeting scheduling, arranging travel and coordinating activities between the Construction Director, Construction Manager and project team.

You will form part of the administrative function where you will interact with the Construction team by coordinating and arranging meetings, maintaining the database, preparing monthly status reports of incoming confidentiality forms and prepare letters. You will be acting as primary contact and key resource for the Construction Director, providing liaison between project staff, public stakeholders and the client. You will be responsible for taking notes at directors’ weekly meetings and project team weekly update meetings and preparing action Item list for review by attendees. You will manage general office administration activities by coordinating and resolving equipment and facilities issues managing area filing (electronic and hard copy, including email) following records management guidelines, creating and filing documentation.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

As a successful candidate you will have a strong knowledge in DMS (Document Management System), with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You must be proficient in MS Office. A pre-requisite of the role is that you have Middle East experience.
