Primary Duties:

  • Tracking and Documentation of Hazardous Material to maintain accurate records of inventory, movement, and disposal.

  • Enter data into Government (ERPWeb) computerized hazardous waste tracking system, ensuring compliance.

  • Compare Hazardous Material physical inventories with ERPWeb inventories. Reconcile and adjust discrepancies.

  • Sustained periodic distribution of Hazardous Material Listing to individual shops.

  • Scrap used items in the ERPWeb System.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related field preferred.

  • Must have the ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).

  • Heavy Excel Spreadsheet Data Manipulation skills.

  • Proven Proficiency in Software Material Maintenance Programs.

  • Experience in DLA ERPWeb a plus.

  • Attention to Detail.

  • Ability to Effectively work, coordinate and communicate with other team members to ensure proper HAZMAT handling and documentation.
