Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement document control procedures and new project set-up.

  • Implement standard document control procedures following the enterprise or business group procedures.

  • Control of documentation and adherence to document control processes.

  • Provide support in day-to-day functions related to document control maintenance such as generating transmittals, and cover letters, checking and issuing documents to clients, contractors, and other parties on a project, maintaining registers, recording, and distributing incoming documentation.

  • Cooperation with Clients'/Contractors' Document Control Team, adjusting document control quality processes to project needs.

  • Organizing training sessions for project teams. Providing support for CDE users.

  • Preparing reports, responding to project status questions/issues, and assisting with HS&E and quality audit documentation.

  • Supporting project close-out.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Very good English (written and spoken),

  • Good German (written and spoken) B2 level

  • Minimum BS degree,

  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience with increasing responsibility.

  • Experience in working in a project environment would be an asset,

  • Understanding the principles of Document Control, Document Management, Data Management

  • Willingness to business travel

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word,

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Adaptable and responsive to change,

  • Attention to detail skills,

  • Ability to prioritize tasks

  • Independent, pro-active, and a positive attitude,

  • Professional, self-motivated & reliable.
