For our Creative & Sales solutions Team, we are looking for a Document Publisher who will transform ordinary electronic documents into clean, clear, attractive content.
As a Document Publisher you will work independently or with a creative team to prepare electronic and print deliverables of varying size and complexity (e.g. technical project reports and proposals, manuals, instructions, technical and administrative publications, marketing materials). You will coordinate production of response documents (printing, copying, binding, shipping).
Provide publishing technical support using MS Office Suite, applicable tools, guidelines and templates
Act as part of production team, collaborating with team members in production of both electronic and print copies of varying size and complexity - from technical project reports and proposals, to marketing materials
Complete routine technical tasks and follow direction from a lead
Perform quality control check to meet project quality, objectives and deadlines
Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Master's or Bachelor’s degree in English Philology
Excellent English skills
Prior experience in text creation/editing (journalism, content writing, copywriting, proofreading) or translation
Advanced skills in desktop publishing software (MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness and ability to travel for short periods (e.g. few days once a quarter)
