Our Global Delivery Center (GDC) engineers collaborate on the design and delivery of local and global projects in the fields of engineering, design and construction.
Our Global Business Services (GBS) colleagues provide global support and expertise in the fields of Accounting, Procurement, IT, HR and Graphic Design
Ensure services delivery that meets all clients’ requirements. This entails especially responsiveness and quality of the services that are delivered by the team.
Ensuring that processes and procedures for the team are in line with policies & guidelines.
Ensuring KPI’s and service metrics are achieved through regular monitoring and proactive intervention where required.
Provide staff development, supervision, motivation and leadership within the team. This entails positive recognition opportunities, performance reviews, promoting career development within and outside of the team and giving space for personal and professional growth.
Providing input to streamline processes and procedures within HR GBS using best practice, to provide better efficiencies and reduce costs.
Handling escalated cases, follow up on resolution, inform customer, document and capture learning gained.
Participate in or lead regional projects aimed at ensuring operational excellence.
Drive operational excellence within own team and support continuous improvement of services/processes within own scope.
Ensure the team manages the quality of data being handled, and that the team acts in accordance to compliance and Data Privacy rules.
This role is operational in 50% of time (handling cases, contacting with customers etc.) and 50% people management.

1-2 years of leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of HR tools, systems & processes in the region.
Excellent organizational, analytical & time management skills.
Demonstrated strong communication skills and the ability to rapidly build and maintain trust.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Knowledge of HR/ Total Rewards policies and processes.
Previous experience in Benefits administration would be an asset.
