Responsibilities:
IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing second line support to end users for computer workstations, servers, application software and hardware. The team will support the internal customer in the region of Europe. Travel might be required to provide support onsite.
This position requires collaboration with local, regional, and global IT teams as well as individual responsibility for complex tasks typically relating to computer hardware, printers, LAN infrastructure and network operations, telephony, IT installations, and/or maintenance for local, off-site, and/or remote locations.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Experience on 1st line of IT support needed
Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is essential
Minimum communicative level of Polish
Good knowledge of Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office
Experience with Support Desk Software
Good background in networking concepts and technologies
Desire and ability to rapidly learn new technology skills
Backup process knowledge and good practice
Strong communication and troubleshooting remotely skills
PC/ laptop configuration familiarity
Ability to simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
Time management and organizational skills
Team-oriented individual
Process and documentation oriented, flexible
Please be informed that this role requires regular work from the office in Krakow + occasionally some travels to other offices required.
