-Prepare reports, respond to project status questions/issues, assist with HS&E and quality audit documentation,
-Work with Design Manager to find out project specific details related to document rotation and requirements, type of deliverables, schedule, naming and numbering of drawings (revisions), assure the Workshare Execution Plan is created and located in right location,
-Monitor progress of deliverables, send reminders to the Design Team about the deadlines,
-Review and audit deliverables and move to Local Office server,
-Log all documents into the toolset, produce transmittals, check the transmittals against the documents received and documents listed,
-Issue the documents/package according to the Standard Distribution Matrix, or as directed by the Project Manager,
-Support project close out.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Minimum BS degree,
• Very good English (written and spoken),
• 1 year of experience working in a project support environment,
• Experience with document control or administration
