Your Impact:
The Knowledge Management Administrator will be responsible for:
Collating together and rationalising multiple project descriptions for the same project
Collation of questions, responses and feedback for topic areas in PQQ -ITT
Chasing up Client Feedback and uploading to Client Feedback Library (T1-T2)
Generation of How To guides for our systems and tools
Proposal Closeout Support
Analysis of content in Systems
Onboarding assistance
Resume/CV library sustainability
Populating project data in CSP
Consulting with department leads/S&T leads to obtain updated data/reach out verify content periodically
Rebranding of certain materials – Word and PPT (example: PPT trainings/short courses)
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (InDesign will be a plus)
Educational background in Business Administration (or similar) will be a plus
Very good command of English
Skilled use of Jacobs brand
Ability to multi-task and deal with complexity
Quick and deliberate learner, personable and confident enough to ask for help as needed
Methodical, resourceful, tenacious
