This position supports Global Procurement Team in delivers training activities and is responsible for supporting Supply Management Group (SMG).

The Process Compliance Support Specialist main responsibilities:

  • Has working knowledge of international procurement regulations, supplier administration, supply chain, and purchasing processes and principles.

  • Monitors regulatory changes to support compliance with appropriate statutes, regulations and Company practices.

  • Responsible for development and maintenance of Supply Management Procedures, tools, forms and training.

  • Develops and manages monitoring strategy of procurement transactions and data coming from the ERP System, as well as its connected applications to ensure company processes, procedures and standards are followed.

  • Participates in ERP and Purchasing System transitions to production, to ensure changes are configured to ensure compliance integrity

Responsible for development and maintenance of Supply Management Procedures, tools, forms and training.

  • Collects and analyzes Compliance review data to identify system non-compliance trends and areas for process improvement and training.

Establishes audit objectives and devises audit plan, following general audit plan and previous audit reports.

  • Writes audit reports to document findings and recommendations.

  • Possesses strong advocacy skills; coordinates and provides training to Purchasing staff on Compliance related matters and make presentations to audiences of varying sophistication (both orally and in writing).

  • Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree, or strong experience international procurement regulations in the area of trainings.

  • Fluent English writing and speaking.

  • Knowledge of Supply Management Systems.

  • Must have strong communication, computer, documentation, presentation and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and in a team, and be capable of representing the organization as the primary point of contact.

  • Ability to conduct presentations/ideas against various auditory.

  • Must possess the ability to develop and communicate new concepts and the ability to organize, schedule and coordinate multiple work phases.

  • Willing and able to travel internationally.
