Join our Talent Acquisition Team and support recruitment operations in different countries.
Cooperate closely with Recruiters, Candidates and Hiring Managers to schedule interviews
Provide candidates with interview preparation information (schedule, location map, contact information, etc.).
Act as Subject Matter Expert within activities supported in the region
Recruitment Sourcing Processes support
Manage requisitions creation, job posting and offer extension
Ensure compliance with all Jacobs Standard Operating Procedures, relevant employment law and regulations
Support all required administrative and operational activities within recruitment process
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Experience working in a professional environment in HR/TA
Experienced in supporting a large team of recruiters and managing multiple stakeholders
Experience in using Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ideally Taleo)
Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines
Strong planning and organizational skills (attention to detail)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
