Your Impact:

  • Report to and work closely with Operations Manager to evaluate and assess business needs, and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product

  • Provide the Services Operations Manager with data to ensure accurate utilization and workload reporting

  • Design, develop and execute software solutions to address business needs

  • Coordination with global Digital Delivery and Automation stakeholders on tools functionality

  • Track projects during Implementation to ensure on time completion of goals and milestones

  • Report on projects accomplishment of goals and milestones and escalate issues to Operations Manager

  • Drive process improvements to streamline work and provide a higher value to internal/external customers

  • Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and requirements for software

  • Support and provide technical advice to tool automation team

  • Troubleshoot coding problems, implementing end-users feedback and comments, releasing software fixes, customizing software tools per project needs

  • Use a proactive approach to common challenges and by continually researching best practices in coding

  • Develop and maintain documentation for tools and software

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Preferred skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in coordination of software application development

  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience in an Agile environment, using some combination of:

  • C#, Java, .Net, .Net Core, WPF/ Winforms, MS Access, Excel+VBA, visual programming

  • web applications and managing data held in a relational database, SQL

  • Experience analyzing code for weaknesses and errors, and overseeing plans to improve them

  • Outstanding collaboration and communication skill are essential

Also welcomed:

  • Knowledge of API for Autodesk/ Bentley software

  • Familiarity with Python, Power Automate, Dynamo

  • Some Machine Learning experience would be an advantage

  • Knowledge of numerical methods and FEM

  • Knowledge of engineering design development workflows would be an advantage
