The Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in ensuring the alignment of technical solutions with established standards and reference architectures. Specializing in data, application, or infrastructure domains, you'll be responsible for crafting robust solution blueprints that address specific business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key, as you'll translate business needs into technical designs, oversee solution evaluations, and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines throughout the project lifecycle. We're seeking candidates with expertise in finance (P2P, O2C, Tax/R2R) or HR (SaaS integration, talent technologies), especially those with a strong understanding of SAP transformation and API-first approaches. The role will be accountable to provide solution design support in one of the below focused domains of architecture:

  • Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive architectures and solution blueprints tailored to project requirements

  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysis and Solution Engineering teams to manage functional and technical requirements, including software selection processes

  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, conducting architectural reviews at various stages of the project lifecycle

  • Ensure the robustness and alignment of solution architectures with business, application, and infrastructure requirements

  • Partner with project managers, business analysts, and solution engineers to create solutions aligned with architecture standards and principles

  • Lead solution evaluations, buy vs. build decisions, and contribute to early-phase project estimates

  • Champion compliance with existing architectural guidelines and standards, contributing to the development and maintenance of standard architectural components

  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers, ensuring adherence to architectural roadmaps and strategies

  • Document all architecture analysis and design work, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the Architecture Capability within Information Services

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Hands-on delivery background with a minimum of 8 years of architecture experience, including experience with CRM changes and end-to-end integration components

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative solutions within at least one technical domain

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business language

  • Awareness of market trends and developments within the domain focus, with a keen eye on potential impacts

  • Business acumen and cross-cultural working experience preferred

  • Familiarity with finance or HR domains, particularly in the context of SAP transformation and API-first thinking
