Responsibilities:

  • Establishes, manages and controls the Common Data Environment,

  • Supporting the design team in project execution,

  • Setup BIM design and review models and multidisciplinary coordination,

  • Setup and manage BIM documentation for internal and external use,

  • Support on BIM specific processes and procedures where required,

  • Perform QC checks regarding CAD and BIM standards on drawings and models,

  • Cooperation with engineers and designers of other disciplines,

  • Be the main point of contact and the authority of BIM on a project, including providing leadership and guidance on the project.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Requirements/Qualifications/Experience :

  • All round knowledge of construction industry and processes, Architectural, Structural and MEP

  • An understanding of multidisciplinary working practices and interdependencies

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills,

  • Team player but with an ability to work independently when required,

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline,

  • Fluent English - written and spoken,

  • 10 years of relevant experience will be appreciated,

  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD in a drafting/design or support role,

  • Advanced knowledge of Revit in a modeling/design or support role,

  • Advanced knowledge of BIM review tools such as Navsworks Manage or similar,

  • Familiar with Power BI

  • Familiar with Revit Plant 3D Integration module is a plus

  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadline.
